Agreement

By downloading or using Tocktoy you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these terms and the EULA differ, the EULA applies to the licence of the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

Tocktoy Pro

Tocktoy is free to download. Tocktoy Pro unlocks every face, theme and manhole cover, and the faces added later. It is offered as:

• Yearly subscription — renews every year. New subscribers may be offered a free trial; when they are, its length is shown before you subscribe.
• Pro for good — a one-time purchase with no renewal.
• Occasional offers (for example a discount, or a period of Pro given as a reward) — their price and period are shown before you confirm.

The price, period and any trial are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase, and charged to your Apple ID.

Renewal and cancelling

A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple ID is charged within the 24 hours before then. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when the purchase is made.

Refunds and restoring

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s policies. To use Pro on another device signed in to the same Apple ID, tap Restore Purchases in the app.

Using the app

You may use Tocktoy for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or extract the app or its artwork, sounds and other content, except where the law allows it. The manhole cover designs belong to the municipalities and makers who created them and are shown for enjoyment; they are not licensed for reuse.

Your content

What you create in the app (days, notes, receipts, recordings and so on) is yours and stays on your device and in your own iCloud account. You’re responsible for keeping backups of anything important.

Availability and changes

We keep improving Tocktoy and may add, change or retire faces and features. We aim to keep what Pro includes, but can’t promise any feature will be available forever or on every device.

Disclaimer

Tocktoy is provided “as is”. It is a clock and a set of playful tools, not a precision timer, medical or financial product; please don’t rely on it where accuracy is critical. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Tocktoy after a change means you accept the new terms.
